Dysthymia changes your outlook towards life and increases negativity in day-day activities. It is therefore important to be surrounded by things that make you feel happy, calm and safe. 

 

As found on the NHS website, we can feel happy from the inside and avoid medication by adopting holistic therapy methods.

 

After interviewing a professional and patients of Dysthymia, it can be seen that most of them preferred to avoid taking medication and adopt other holistic ways for their recovery. 

 

 

Therefore I have explored various holistic therapy methods that could reduce the symptoms of Dysthymia without taking any medication.
