ABOUT
For my final year dissertation project in my course, I plan to delve into the topic of Dysthymia among students and propose an architectural design solution that takes a comprehensive approach to aid in its treatment
RESEARCH PROPOSAL
College life can often be challenging, and many students experience mild symptoms of depression that often go unnoticed. They may not know where to seek help, fear being judged, or believe the symptoms to be a normal part of college stress.

My final year dissertation project aims to shed light on the issue of Dysthymia among students and offer an innovative solution through interior architectural design. I aim to create an interior space that promotes healing and alleviates symptoms of Dysthymia without the use of medication.

As an international student who has personally experienced the difficulties of living away from home and the onset of Dysthymia or Seasonal Affective Disorder, I am passionate about exploring this topic further and finding ways to support students through interior architecture.

Through this website, I will take you on a journey of my research process, from the objectives and aims to the conclusion of my findings
